All you need to know about FTX exchange’s free bitcoins (BTC) giveaway Super Bowl ad Campaign

Popular crypto exchange FTX, announced on its Twitter handle yesterday that it shall be giving away free bitcoins (BTC) as part of the Super Bowl ad Campaign.

They have also placed an announcement for the Super Bowl ad campaign on their website.

According to the announcement, participants will not be required to invest anything. All that is required is the FTX ad to run and whenever the ad runs, FTX gives away bitcoins depending on how long the ad runs. The amount of bitcoins to be given away will therefore depend on how much time the FTX ad runs.

FTX has however not indicated the exact amount of bitcoins that shall be donated to those who win besides indicating that if the ad runs at 9:02 EST, FTX will give away 9.02 BTC coins.

Eligibility to win the free bitcoins (BTC)

To be eligible to win the free bitcoins, participants will have to follow FTX on Twitter and retweet the pinned tweet on their Twitter handle between the time the ad runs and 11:59 PM EST.

When shall the FTX Super Bowl ad start airing?

The Super Bowl ad will start running on the coming Sunday (February 13) during the Super Bowl game. But the ad will start airing during the second half of the game.

Winners of the free bitcoins (BTC) give away will be notified through direct messages on their FTX accounts.

FTX marketing efforts

Lately, the FTX has focused much on marketing itself, especially through sports. The crypto exchange has partnered with athletes like Stephen Curry and Tom Brandy and also with the Major League Baseball; all to promote the NFT brand.

Crypto.com had also announced that it would run a Super Bowl ad last year; something that saw the CRO token price jump by about 14%. Crypto.com also partnered with the Los Angeles Staples Center for a 20-year deal that resulted in the arena being renamed Crypto.com Arena after the exchange paid $700 million.
